Sonja chairs the Mid-Market Fund at Ethos and contributes to the firm’s transformation activities. Ethos and Identity Partners have a Cooperation Agreement which encompasses a range of activities to bring more women and black professionals into the private equity space. Sonja also has over 15 years of experience as a Director of an array of high profile, listed corporations.
